Integrated at Work (IAW) provided demountable glass and solid walls for Aspen Square Management’s new national headquarters. IAW created an adaptable work environment to support the “future of work” and employee needs of the real estate investment and property management firm. Glass walls create visual flow and connection throughout the office. Leveraging our talented self-performing installation crew, the project was completed on time and within budget.

Exterior Scope

  • 1,390 SF exterior storefront and entrances and windows with 1” insulated glass units with Solarban 60 low-e coating & insulated spandrel panels
  • 736 SF curtain wall with 1” insulated glass units with Solarban 60 low-e coating
  • 645 SF post painted aluminum metal panels at curtain wall
  • 3,781 SF corrugated metal panels as roof screen wall

Interior Scope

  • 369 SF interior storefront and doors with ½” clear tempered glass infill
  • 220 SF frameless glass mirrors

Integrated at Work (IAW) used multiple demountable and glass wall systems to create and define space throughout Landmark Bio’s laboratory. The project was a remodel of an existing space and tenant fit-out. Working closely with the GC partner, IAW delivered this multi-phased project on time and within budget.

Integrated at Work installed a complex raised access flooring solution using TecCrete tiles from Global Integrated Flooring Solutions (Global IFS).  Over 6000 tiles were configured to correct underfloor airflow issues within the building. In addition, TecCrete pedestal heads (field & perimeter) and TecCrete pedestal bases were installed.

  • Doors feature custom color pulls (green/blue/red) to match the customer’s corporate branding and accent walls on each floor
  • McGrory Glass back-painted glass on the backsplash in Gallery area and on framed mirrors
  • (3) frameless mirrors in mother rooms and single-user bathroom

Integrated at Work (IAW) installed interior storefront systems and retrofitted exterior doors for JPMorgan Chase branches in Barrington, Rhode Island and Middletown, Rhode Island. JPMC is the nation’s largest bank and expanding its financial base in Rhode Island.

Solutions/Scope

JPMC Barrington, RI

  • Furnish and install Oldcastle interior storefront systems (½’’ clear tempered glazing).
  • Furnish and install Oldcastle medium-style aluminum entry doors, including Vonduprin panic devices, Vonduprin removable mullion, door pulls, and door closers.
  • Coordinate the installation of Stanley power operators.
  • Retrofit existing exterior aluminum doors with Vonduprin EL panic devices and pull handle.

JPMC Middletown, RI

  • Furnish and install Oldcastle interior storefront systems (½’’ clear tempered glazing).
  • Furnish and install Oldcastle medium-style aluminum entry doors.
  • Coordinate the installation of Stanley power operators.
  • Retrofit existing exterior aluminum doors with Kawneer panic devices and Stanley auto operators.
