IAW collaborated with CambridgeSeven and Elaine Construction to upgrade the leasing office at One Devonshire Place, a 43-story luxury residential tower in downtown Boston. The scope included installing a McGrory Presto 20-minute fire-rated entry door and door lite, a solution that meets fire code requirements while enhancing safety and design.
As a high-traffic space, the leasing office required an entry system that was both durable and visually cohesive.
